Software Engineer

Job Description

Merging Technologies is currently looking for a software engineer for its professional Audio, Video and Network products range.

The candidate will directly integrate our current development team based in Puidoux, Switzerland.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer science or Media Technology
  • Experience in Windows environment (Linux is a plus)
  • Keen to develop Multiplatform solutions
  • 2+ years experience on C/C++11, STL
  • Familiar with multi-threading paradigm
  • Overall knowledge in computer networking
  • Fluent in French or English.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and independency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proactive in identifying problems, solving them and informing/supporting the developer team
  • Audio/Video product knowledge and experience a plus
  • Experience with Boost::ASIO library a plus
  • Familiar with Signal Processing a plus
  • Experience with Qt, a plus.
  • Software experience in relation to Digital Audio Workstations is an advantage
  • Fluent in French
